Job Title: IT Intern

Location: On-site (with potential hybrid flexibility)

Department: IT / Local IT Support

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our local IT team and support daily IT operations for up to 200 employees. This internship offers hands-on experience in Microsoft environments, network infrastructure, hardware and software administration, and user support within a corporate setting.

The intern will gain practical exposure to IT service management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with both local users and Group IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for employees (Microsoft applications, hardware, software, printers, and network issues)
• Support Microsoft M365 / Office 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint basics)
• Assist in administration of local computers and user accounts
• Support local LAN and WAN infrastructure
• Work with active network equipment (e.g., Cisco Catalyst managed switches)
• Assist in communication and troubleshooting with Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
• Support MS Teams-based telephony systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot office printers (HP, Konica Minolta AIO devices)
• Assist with basic virtualization and cloud-related tasks
• Provide WiFi and network connectivity troubleshooting
• Document incidents and support tickets

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft M365 / O365
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN concepts)
• Fundamentals of systems administration
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud concepts
• Understanding of computer hardware and software administration
• Familiarity with printing solutions and office IT equipment
